Summary:
The Moser Energy System's Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and onboarding new hires for various roles in the company.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments and must be located in Casper to work out of our headquarters building.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
Ability to obtain professional credential, such as a PHR certification preferred.
Supervisor:
Director, Human Resources, unless otherwise designated.
Typical
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Director, Human Resources to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Compile lists of the most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.
Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
Maintain end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking system, job postings, and communications with all applicants.
Schedule and coordinate all interview and new hire items, including travel arrangements for onboarding.
Assist the Director, Human Resources with other general HR Department tasks (e.
g.
filing, monthly reports, proof-reading, maintaining records, etc.
) Abide by all policies and procedures established by Moser Energy Systems.
Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to stay on task and productive without direct supervision.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Company policies and services being offered.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Ability to learn new software programs.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
