Summary:
The Moser Energy Systems Business Systems Manager will plan, coordinate, and direct information technology related activities by determining the technology needs of the Company and making hardware- and software-related decisions to meet those needs.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or related field required.
Minimum 7 years of related professional work experience.
Demonstrated experience managing information technology departments.
Relevant professional certifications and designations.
Supervisor:
Chief Financial Officer, unless otherwise designated.
Typical
Responsibilities:
Experienced in selection and migration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with the ability to plan and implement change initiatives.
Responsible for integration and streamlining of disconnected systems.
Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
Communicates the goals, policies, and procedures of the company to the Computer and Information Systems CIS team and develops plans to implement these needs.
Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements.
Oversees backup, security, and user help systems.
Remains current on advances in technology.
Provides technical support to users.
Prepares and delivers operational or project progress reports.
Implements and oversees operational budget and expenditures.
Hires and coordinates training of system analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers on the (CIS) team.
Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing leadership and guidance.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor IT team performance.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive IT team culture.
Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.
Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
Abide by all policies and procedures established by Moser Energy Systems.
Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to assess cyber security exposure and develop processes, controls, and technology to mitigate cyber security risks.
Ability to build a Computer and Information System from the ground up to include strategic planning, software and hardware selection, implementation and management aligned with overall company short-term and long-term strategic plans.
Ability to plan and implement change initiatives.
Ability to support innovation and creativity by encouraging staff to accept and resolve challenges.
Ability to remain flexible to meet constantly changing and sometimes opposing demands.
Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training.
Ability to listen and respond appropriately to others.
Thorough understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.
Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
A valid driver's license and the ability to work legally in the US.
Pass a drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as typing.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
