Are you ready to build a rewarding career at Dura-Line? The Maintenance Lead is an entry level leadership position in our maintenance department.
As a Maintenance Lead you will be leading maintenance and reliability work in our HDPE extrusion manufacturing facility.
What can you expect in a Maintenance Lead role at Dura-Line? You will collaborate and coordinate with fellow maintenance and production workers to repair, adjust, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing machines and equipment.
You will diagnose causes of equipment failure and determines best course of action for unscheduled maintenance.
Performs preventative maintenance as well as general maintenance on assigned equipment.
You will troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
You will provide leadership to lower-level machine mechanic staff.
You will work closely with contractors to facilitate repairs or preventative maintenance jobs or tasks.
You will perform all work cautiously, with safety of yourself and fellow team members at the top of mind always.
You will help to maintain a safe space for your team to share feedback and ideas for improvements.

(Attendance on scheduled workdays is a must!) Your commitment to wearing gloves, eye protection, and steel toe boots always , and dust mask, earplugs, hard hats, and face shields as necessary.
Maintain a safe , neat, and orderly work space.
Your ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, as well as the ability to push and pull pipe coils.
Your ability to work most of the time indoors on the plant floor, with heat, dust, and noise and work some of the time outdoors in any weather condition.
Your ability to squat, bend, or stoop as needed to access equipment.
