Renewal by Andersen is a 'start to finish' residential window replacement company serving Wyoming, Montana, and the Rapid City, SD area.
We are the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, which is the largest and oldest window manufacturer nationwide.
The purpose of this position is to prepare shipping routes and manage the deliveries of the company's purchase orders.
Primary responsibilities include:
A Logistics Specialist facilitates communication between manufacturing, sales, and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain.
Their main responsibilities include:
Using a fully digital system to manage daily work and complete tasks.
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Preparing weekly shipping routes and delivery lists for each territory.
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Supervising the distribution and storage of all windows, doors, and trim products.
Monitoring and tracking any delayed shipments for new arrival dates.
Tracking & updating the current & future installation timelines for all territories.
Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
Receiving product into inventory system as products are delivered.
Ensuring that the quality of all delivery services provided meets the company's standards.
Reconciling any discrepancies in shipping reports with warehouse team.
Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
Position requires the following skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, Salesforce, and Adobe Pro.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Dependability in meeting deadlines.
Exceptional time management skills.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
