As a Parts Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving Representative in the store, you will work for a world-class dealership parts department maintaining the good order of the shipping and receiving records and work area.
What you'll do Maintain accurate reports of items shipped and received Shipping and receiving of parts and accessories according to established guidelines and procedures In-store customer service including answering phones Be point of contact for sales department Stocking duties according to established guidelines and procedures Must possess strong attention to detail Keeping parts department and warehouse organized, clean and orderly Maintain a safe and efficient work area Perform bin counts and monitor inventory Assists with Monitoring shortages and expediting processes Damaged goods return and replacement What it Takes High integrity Loyal team player Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Organized, highly motivated, ability to multi-task effectively The ability to provide robust customer service to internal and external customers Must be motivated and be able to work independently and diligently Good customer service and communication skills Have and maintain a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours; some Saturday hours may be included High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate data entry/keyboarding skills required Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
