4K a year Maintenance is responsible for keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
Role and Responsibilities Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Gather and empty trash on a regular basis throughout their shift Service, clean, and supply restrooms Clean showers in a timely manner after the customer is done Clean furniture and fixtures Drive vehicles required to perform cleaning work Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Monitor building security and safety Assist in unloading any inventory when needed Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals Follow company guidelines and procedures Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a manager at any time Maintain and promote a team environment at all times Provide courteous service to our guests and be cordial to all team members Job Requirements Ability to follow oral and written instructions Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing up to 75 pounds Must be able to stand up for at least an 10-hour shift Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
